Counter Offer-Counter Proposal

A negotiation process used between an employer and a potential employee. If the job seeker feels the employer12ka4s compensation package is too low, he should make a 12ka4counter proposal12ka4 - usually higher than he actually expects to attain. The employer will then either decide that he won12ka4t increase his offer or give the job seeker a 12ka4counter offer12ka4. Almost all aspects of employment are negotiable, including salary, fringe benefits, working hours, child care, and moving expenses.
