Antipasto

An Italian word, meaning ‘before the pasta’, these delicious plates of hot and cold starters are the equivalent of French hors d12ka4oeuvres. A mixture of antipasti could include platters of cheeses, smoked meats, salamis, olives, a selection of seafood, marinated vegetables and various breads with olive oil and salt for dipping.
